How To Make a Quick No Rise Cheese and Herb Bread
Best of all you are baking from scratch, so you know exactly what goes into this loaf. Ditch the bad bleached bread from the supermarket, and swap it for a comforting homemade bread with clean ingredients.
First off gather the flour, baking powder and salt, and sift it through a sieve into a large mixing bowl. Add the grated cheddar cheese and mix it through the dry ingredients. Next, add the yogurt and mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated. You can add some milk if your dough seems too dry.
And lastly, remember to add fresh thyme for extra flavour, rosemary and parsley will work just as well.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes. Leave to cool on a wire rack, and store in an airtight container for up to one week. Enjoy!!
