Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2cup chilled coocnut milk
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the banana, berries and coconut milk by pulsing and scraping the sides of the bowl every now and then.
- Blend for 5 – 8 minutes until smooth. Serve immediately or transfer to a container and freeze for another 2 hours before serving.
Recipe Notes
You can make this nice cream way in advance! Simply take it out of the freezer an hour before serving, if the nice cream has been in the freezer overnight.
