Ingredients

risoni pasta
3
cups
vegetable stock
1
teaspoon
cajun spice
15`
ml
olive oil
1
bird eye chili
finely chopped
1
clove
garlic
minced
1
onion
peeled and chopped
1
green pepper
finely chopped
1
kg
beef mince
2
teaspoons
spice for mince
salt and black pepper
to season
handful
fresh basil
to serve
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the vegetable stock with cajun spice and bring to a boil.
Cook the pasta in the vegetables stock until soft. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the chilli, garlic, onion and greenpepper until soft.
Add the mince and brown. Add the spices, seasoning and cook until done.
Add the cooked risoni to the mince and mix through.
Top with chopped basil and serve.
