Ingredients

gr
rump steak
olive oil
to rub steak
salt and black pepper

leaves
savoy cabbage
2
carrots
sliced into ribbons
1
cup
full cream yogurt
1/2
cup
grated cucumber
drained
squeeze
fresh lemon juice
salt and black pepper
Instructions
Heat your grill pan to scorching hot.
Rub the steak with olive oil and sear for a few minutes on each side until done, mine was medium rare. Season and set aside.
Arrange the cabbage leaves on a plate, fill it with sliced carrot. Slice the steak and add it on top of the carrot.
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
Serve the cabbage and beef bites with tzatziki and some bubbly.
