Pour the bottle of wine into an empty ice cream container and freeze overnight.
When you are ready to serve your frozen drink, simply remove the frozen wine, break it into smaller pieces with a knife, and blend in a blender until it’s a slushy.
Pour the wine slushy into desired glassware, halfway through.
Now blend the berries until you have a slushy. I added a little water as I went along to help the blending process.
Scoop the berry slush on top of the wine slush, and layer with more wine slush until the glasses are full.
Place a sprig of thyme in each glass and garnish with frozen berries. Serve immediately.
