baking powder

ml
salt

cup
cheddar cheese
grated
500
ml
natural yogurt
4
teaspoons
fresh thyme
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl with a sift.
Add the grated cheese, herbs and yogurt.
Mix until just incorporated. Scoop the bread dough into a prepared casserole dish or oven safe pot.
Bake for 45 minutes, at 180 degrees Celsius. Cool and store in an airtight container for 1 week.
