How To Make a Power Breakfast Smoothie
First off, this is a very simple recipe, with ingredients you will find in most health conscious kitchens.
Full cream plain yogurt (or you can use coconut yogurt for a vegan version), chia seeds, frozen mixed berries, banana, rolled oats, spirulina powder (or any other superfood powder you like), honey AND cranberry juice. Finally, it all goes into the blender.

- 1 cup full cream plain yogurt or almond milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1 banana
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons honey
Ingredients

- Place all the ingredients in your blender and pulse until smooth.
Replace the yogurt with almond milk and double up on the cranberry juice for a thinner smoothie.
Double up on the oats and add extra fruit if you like a more thicker and chunkier smoothie.
