  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic, add the mince and spices and cook until done.
  2. You can add a little water to the mince to prevent burning, add the canned tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and set to simmer.
  3. Melt the butter in a microwavable bowl, whisk the flour in and add the milk – return to the microwave until your white sauce thickens, whisking every now and then to prevent lumps
  4. When the mince and the pasta are cooked, mix the two together with the béchamel sauce (white sauce) in an oven proof dish.
  5. If the mince is too saucy, use a slotted spoon to transfer it to the oven proof dish. But the more sauce the better!
  6. Top with grated cheese, fresh rosemary and paprika.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 – 15 minutes, or until the cheese start to bubble.
