lamb steaks or chops

red onions
peeled and sliced

tomatoes

balsamic vinegar

tomato puree

fruit chutney
salt and black pepper

rosemary

Instructions
Arrange the lamb in an oven proof dish, and season with salt and black pepper.
Arrange the onions over the chops, and add the tomatoes.
Mix the balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce and chutney together and pour over the chops.
Sprinkle the herbs and spring onions over and bake in the oven for 2 hours at 180 degrees Celsius – until meat is soft and tender.
