  1. Grate both the kohlrabi and carrot roughly in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the shredded lettuce and mix through.
  3. Add the spring onion, almonds, lemon juice, seasoning and sesame seeds. Mix well.
  4. Serve your salad with your choice of dressing.
