Ingredients

perfect pizza dough
a few
sprigs of rosemary and thyme

tablespoons
tomato and chili sauce

ml
olive oil
1
red onion
finely chopped
2
cloves
garlic
finely chopped

cups
mushrooms
chopped
1/2
cup
zucchini
chopped

cup
assorted peppers
chopped

cup
pitted black olives
fresh basil
to garnish
Instructions
Chop herbs and sprinkle in to dough, knead a few more times, ensuring herbs are well incorporated into dough. Set aside.
In a saucepan heat the oil and add the garlic and onions, until translucent. Add the mushrooms and cook. Add the zucchini and grill until soft.
Sprinkle your pizza pan with flour and press your perfect pizza dough.
Add spoonfuls of home made tomato and chili sauce, and spread evenly. Season with salt and black pepper.
Arrange zucchini, peppers, onion, mushrooms and olives.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Garnish with fresh basil.
