Ingredients

packet
puff pastry
thawed
flour
to dust surface

tub
cream cheese
5
slices
ham

cups
grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking tray with nonstick spray.
Dust a clean surface with flour and gently open the puff pastry, rolling it out to about 5 mm thick.
Gently spread the cream cheese and sprinkle with ham and cheese.
Carefully roll the dough to create a pinwheel, adding a little water on the edge to close it up.
With a sharp knife, cut segments, arrange on baking tray and bake until golden and bubbly.
