Ingredients

hake fillets
40
ml
butter
softened
salt and black pepper
to season
3
tablespoons
fresh thyme
chopped
4
medium
potatoes
peeled and thinly sliced
2
red onions
peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
Arrange the pieces of hake in an ovenproof dish.
Dab with half of the melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle half of the herbs over the fish.
Arrange the sliced potatoes and onion around the fish.
Top with the remaining butter and herbs.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
