  1. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, orange juice and zest together.
  2. Gradually add the butter, and mix well.
  3. Sift the flour, baking powder and nutmeg and add to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the milk to this mixture while still mixing until incorporated.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the milk and egg mixture.
  6. The batter will be very runny; gently pour this mixture into your prepared dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from oven and dust with cinnamon sugar.
