Instructions
So this is the fun part! You can really arrange your veggies like you want on your plate, playing around with the beautiful colors of the veggies.
Fruit kebabs – skewered on a toothpick with pineapple and strawberry.
Olive kebabs – olives skewered on a toothpick with a piece of cheese and cucumber.
Tomato kebabs – half a cherry tomato skewered on a toothpick with a piece of cucumber and carrot.
Arrange the rest of the ingredients on plate with the kebabs.
Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and garnish plate with finely cut spring onion.
Enjoy for a deliciously healthy snack with a few of your best mates and your favorite wine!
