Ingredients

hot water

eggs
seperated

vanilla essence

teaspoons
baking powder

180gr
dark chocolate
chopped

top deck chocolate
chopped
Instructions
In a mixing bowl – sift the flour, sugar, cocoa and salt and mix.
Add the oil and water, and mix well.
Add the 4 egg yolks, with vanilla essence and mix until incorporated.
Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form and fold into chocolate mixture.
Then add the baking powder, and chocolate chips – leaving a few pieces for decorating the top – and mix well.
Carefully scoop the muffin liners ¾ to the top and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Remove and let cool (if you haven’t devoured it already)
Grate leftover chocolate on top and serve.
