Do you sometimes feel really strung out on ideas to cook chicken? Ever wondered what to do with that tasty bird that you haven’t done already? This Chicken Marinade recipe is really great to use if you want to get dinner on quickly and with no fuss. I find myself more than once, just staring at that piece of meat or fish, I really find this recipe such an easy way to get great flavor and taste in your meat.
So on this day I decided to make a marinade for my whole chicken, consisting of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, crushed coriander seeds and loads of rosemary. To make a marinade for meats are really stress-free and easy, and any ingredients combined can give your meat the deep flavor you want.
To marinade chicken in-a-bag, ensures great flavor in your dish, and gorgeous tender meat. It is not necessary to have it in the fridge overnight, but it is a good idea to let your marinade do its work while your meat are left standing in it for a while.

Instructions
Place your chicken in the bag – ensure that it is completely thawed.
Add all the ingredients in the bag and tightly close with a knot.
Massage the meat with the marinade and ensure the meat is covered with it.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from bag and into an oven safe dish.
Remove excess marinade from bag and spread it over the chicken.
Add potatoes or veggies to your dish and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour and until chicken is brown.
