garam masala

balsamic vinegar

fruit chutney
salt and black pepper
to taste

potatoes
peeled and diced

Instructions
First off, in a large casserole dish combine the onion, garlic and spices.
Mix through, then add the tinned tomatoes, vinegar and chutney. Mix and season.
Arrange the chicken pieces and potatoes in the tomato sauce, cover and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30 min.
After baking time, remove the lid and leave to roast for 25 minutes until sauce has reduced, potatoes are soft and mashy and chicken has browned.
Serve with your choice of starch or salad.
