Ingredients
Easy quiche pastry

Instructions
Easy quiche pastry
Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Next add all the wet ingredients and work with your fingers until easy manageable dough is formed.
Line your tart or quiche tin with dough by pushing it firmly down with your fingers. No need to blind bake the pastry.
Biltong and blue cheese filling
In a saucepan heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the thyme and cook until onion is translucent.
In a mixing bowl, add the egg and milk. Mix. Add the cheese and mix. Season with salt and black pepper.
Add the cooked ingredients and the biltong to the egg and milk. Mix
Pour into raw pastry shell and arrange small crumbs of blue cheese over the filling.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
