Bacon and Tomato Spaghetti

It was hard to name this dish. Sometimes the names of some dishes just don’t do justice to the food.  Like this one for instance. I mean what is it really. Spaghetti with Bacon and Tomato? Home made Tomato Sauce with Bacon and Spaghetti? Let’s break it down…

Bacon and Tomato Spaghetti

This meal is a pasta lover’s fantasy. A plate of spaghetti, smothered in a homemade tomato, garlic and chilli sauce; topped with crispy bacon and loads of grated parmesan.  You literally cannot help but slurp up all the fresh goodness and I even ended up licking my plate. Yes. I do that sometimes…

It is such a great recipe to try out when you need to feed a crowd. Yes, and you can add meat for the carnivores in the house. Grilled chicken or even flash fried beef strips would be perfect to add a little extra buff.

Bacon and Tomato Spaghetti

This recipe can serve 4 adults, but, I would just make extra and be left with the most flavoursome leftovers for the next day.  Nothing like pasta for breakfast! Enjoy!
