Ingredients
Easy Quiche Pastry

peeled and chopped

garlic

Instructions
Easy Quiche Pastry
Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix.
Next add all the wet ingredients and work with your fingers until easy manageable dough is formed.
Next line your tart or quiche tin with dough by pushing it firmly down with your fingers. No need to blind bake.
Bacon and Mushroom Filling
Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the onion, garlic and bacon.
Add the mushrooms and herbs and cook until dry.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk. Add the bacon and mushrooms to it and mix.
Add the cheese.
Pour filling into raw pastry and bake for 40 min at 180 degrees Celsius.
