Dairy Free and Gluten Free Oat and Honey Blender Cookies
The thing I love most about these easy oat and honey blender cookies are the fact that it’s completely dairy free and gluten free. Yes to health!
I find that I need a sweet treat after dinner and I usually crave sugar ladled treats. These are by far the easiest and best oat cookies that’s perfect as a late night treat or lunchbox filler.
You can replace the honey with maple syrup to make these oat cookies vegan. Add a pinch of allspice or cinnamon for extra flavour.
Did I also mention these cookies are completely dunk worthy? I’m looking at you oat milk!
Ingredients for Easy Oat and Honey Blender Cookies
I used the following pantry friendly ingredients for my oat and honey blender cookies.
They are:
- Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- Desiccated Coconut
- Coconut oil
- Honey
- Vanilla Essence
- Cinnamon or allspice
It is literally as easy as that!
Roll the blended ingredients into small balls, and lightly press down on them once they are arranged on your baking tray. Remember to preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, then bake these healthy blender cookies for 20 minutes until golden brown.
You can get about 6 – 8 cookies from one batch so double up for the week. Keep these oat and honey blender cookies fresh in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Add your own variety of ingredients after the blend like chocolate chips, raisins or dried fruit. Enjoy!

- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon or allspice
Ingredients

- Add all the ingredients in your blender and pulse until combined.
- Roll into 6-8 small balls and place on a baking tray. Flatten the cookies slightly.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 15-20 minutes or until the bottoms and sides are golden brown.
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

you mention coconut oil in the ingredient list, but fail to include when you list the ingredients with the amounts. So, when I made the cookies, they were so dry, I had to add water to keep them together and it worked. but I did not have flat round discs, but they were good anyway. Please update (and proofread in the future) Making them again today and trying 2 Tbs coconut oil.
