How To Make No Bake Chocolate Oat Cookies
First off gather and measure your ingredients for these no bake Chocolate Oat Cookies:
- Nut butter,
- coconut oil,
- honey,
- dairy free milk and
- vanilla essence makes up the wet ingredients.
For the dry ingredients you will need
- gluten free rolled organic oats,
- cocoa powder and
- nut flour.
Then, simply mix the wet and dry ingredients and combine together until fully incorporated. The mixture will be quite wet and sticky. Place the mixture in the fridge and cool before you roll it into balls.
Once the mixture has cooled and set a little, use a teaspoon to scoop some mixture into your hands and roll into a ball.
Place on a tray and repeat with the rest of the mixture. You can either leave them in little balls or you can press down on them lightly to resemble a cookie. Place them back in the fridge until you are ready to eat – and ENJOY!
