Spaghetti Bolognese has to be one of my favorite pasta dishes. Not only is it such an easy recipe, but it promises to deliver a great tasting dish and puts a big smile on my face! A proudly Italian dish, Spaghetti Bolognese is the perfect food to prepare on a cold winters night when you are expecting guests over for dinner.
The great thing about it is the experience of eating to your heart’s desire, beautifully cooked pasta, drenched in a Bolognese sauce with parmesan shavings. I can imagine myself slurping up the spaghetti, indulging in the boundless flavor.

Instructions
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic, chili and herbs
Add the tomatoes, puree and chutney.
Season to taste, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti and serve with grated parmesan.
