This is such a great recipe for to serve as a snack at a braai or party. Buffalo wings is a real treat when served the traditional way with blue cheese dipping sauce – watch your guests feast away – these Buffalo Wings won’t last a minute!
However my recipe is a bit different from the traditional Buffalo Wings. Just to get you all on the same page: Buffalo Wings originated from Buffalo in New York, where is it actually only known as ‘chicken wings’. They are normally deep fried, covered in a hot cayenne pepper sauce and dipped in a mouthwatering blue cheese dip.
I decided to bake my chicken wings in the oven, in a lip-smacking sweet curry sauce that you will recognize from one of my previous posts, Cocktail Beef Kebabs. It is delicious, sweet chutney based sauce with tantalizing curry spices and chopped onions that transform these appetizing chicken wings in a sticky, flavorsome snack.

Make sure your chicken wings are completely thawed.
